Enter this location at 2825 Elm Hill Pike. This is the Element Nashville Airport - Uncovered Self Park Lot, operated by Sigma Management LLC. It is located on the South side of Elm Hill Pike. between Donelson Pike. and Patriot Way. The entrance is across the street from Darfons Square mall.
- When you arrive, drive around to the back of the hotel and use the parking spaces next to the retaining wall facing the swimming pool.
- Proceed to the front desk in the lobby and show your reservation to the staff, who will then direct you to the shuttle pickup area.
Pick up the shuttle in the pickup area. The shuttle operates from 5 AM to 11 PM.
After you collect your baggage upon arrival at BNA, please proceed to the shuttle pick-up area located at Ground Transportation. This is located one level below baggage claim. Once you are there, walk to section C of the waiting area, and look for the Element shuttle with the green circle.
Call the hotel at 615-894-9791 to request shuttle pickup, and the hotel staff will confirm your pickup location.
Please note: do not contact the hotel prior to arrival at the Ground Transportation Center.
- When you arrive back at Element, simply leave when you are ready to go!
