Enter this location 410 E 38th St. The entrance is located on 38th St. between FDR Dr. and 1st. Ave. This is the 415 E 37th St. garage, operated by Enterprise Parking System. The entrance on 38th St. is marked by a black sign that says 'PARK' in white lettering. (Please see attached photos for reference.) This garage can ONLY be entered via the 38th St. entrance.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
