Enter this location at 275 N 21st St. This is the Franklin Institute garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the east/left-hand side of N 21st St. (a one-way street) between Winter St. and Race St. The garage entrance is beneath the sign for the Tuttleman IMAX Theater.
- Scan your QR Code at the box with the red flashing lights. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- When exiting, scan your QR Code again at the box with the red flashing lights.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
