- Estimated oversize fee of $10 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.

If you enter the facility prior to your scheduled start time or remain parked beyond the allowed end time, you may be subject to additional charges. Enter this location at 215 E 24th St. This garage is operated by iPark. It is located on the left-hand side of E 24th St. (a one-way street) between 2nd Ave. and 3rd Ave. The entrance is just past the Penny Lane awning.
- Show the valet your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on a mobile device.
- The valet will hand you a ticket, confirm how long you plan on parking, and will park your car. You must have this ticket in order to exit.
- When you're ready to go, show the valet the ticket you received upon arrival and your SpotHero Parking Pass. The valet will scan your pass and your car will be retrieved.
