Enter this location on Richmond Terrace. Enter this location at 55b Richmond Terrace. This is the Empire Outlets garage, operated by SP+. It is located on the East side of Richmond Terrace. between Wall St. and Schuyler St. You can only access this location traveling North on Richmond Terrace. The entrance is marked with an orange 'Empire Outlets Parking' sign with white lettering. Please reference the photos.
- At the entrance gate the customer scans the QR code and a ticket will print. Hold the QR code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. If the QR code doesn't scan, try changing the screen brightness first.
- You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
- On the way out, insert the ticket into the exit gate and the gate will open. If exceeding the time reservation, additional charges will show on the screen and the customer will be able to pay by credit card only.
- The gate will open and you're free to go!
