- Estimated oversize fee of $15 daily for vehicles between 65” and 75” in height and over 180” in length, or any vehicle taller than 75”. These fees are to be paid directly to the facility upon exit if you did not include them with your reservation.

- If you are parking overnight or staying at the Hotel, you must drop your vehicle off before the garage closes in the evening and pick it up after opening the following day. You may NOT access your vehicle outside of the operating hours.

Enter this location at 138 Columbus Ave. It is located on the east side of Columbus Ave. between Pacific Ave. and Jackson St. The entrance is marked by a blue 'Park' sign with white lettering.
- If attendant is not present at the entrance gate, please pull a ticket. Please then find an attendant to show your SpotHero reservation and exchange the pulled ticket so that you can use your mobile pass to exit.
- The attendant will direct you where to park. This is a valet-assist facility. Depending on occupancy, you may be asked to valet your vehicle and leave your keys with the attendant.
