- Make sure your license plate matches the plate on your Parking Pass. Failure to do so will result in a ticket or tow.
- If there is an attendant on duty, please show your SpotHero Parking Pass, either printed or on your mobile device. The attendant will then park your vehicle. If there is no attendant on duty, your reservation will be monitored by your license plate entered on SpotHero. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved".
